Coincidentally, the strap could be used for your abdomen, thighs and rear end. Over time, people realized that zero results were evident in this shake machine. Similar to our belt shaking monstrosity, a recent trend has picked up steam that includes the use of a belt that shocks your abs into shape. In essence, the shock delivered will cause the muscles to contract. This neuromuscular electrical stimulation is useful for physical therapy, but beyond that, it’s wasting your time and electricity. Muscles need actual resistance for gains to be made.
Sauna suits are a common sight in the gym. People put on what looks like a black or clear trash bag during their workout to cut weight in no time.
