Student Requirements & Syllabus:
*Student must be 18 years or older and hold a state issued ID.
**Student must have a background free of class A legal offences
***Students must attend all classes and submit final project to be eligible to take NASM-CPT exam and to successfully complete the course.
Unit 1: Anatomy & Physiology (2 weeks | 8 hrs)
Unit 2: Nutrition (2 weeks | 8 hrs)
Unit 3: Assessments & Corrective Exercise (2 weeks | 8 hrs)
Unit 4: Biomechanics & Program Design (2 weeks | 8 hrs)
Unit 5: Sports Performance & Business (2 weeks | 8 hrs)
